31 days and counting..... Got to go out strong!

 I had a great workout this morning.  I was able to go the entire mile and a half without stopping or slowing.  I was very proud of this accomplishment.  This workout is to replace the one I missed on Tuesday.  I was supposed to do lower body today.  I guess I still did.  I have been having a better time at work trying to stick to the eating schedule.  I set alarms every 2.5 to 3 hours and take a short break to have me snack.  I can tell when I have passed my time.  Real hungry and then the thoughts start to enter.  I have done a good job at keeping them in check.  I have been doing some thinking about what the plan for tomorrow is going to be.  It is usually a cardio day, but I am debating doing some weights.  I don't want to beat up my legs though. I think I am leaning towards cardio again.
