Progress:
I got my butt in gear this morning and did what I needed to do. I feel better for it, both physically and mentally. This workout was supposed to happen yesterday, and today was supposed to be all cardio. I feel like I really made progress in the leg department today. I am finding that I have a little knee discomfort during my single leg presses, more in the right one. I think I need to look into a wrap for them. I think the running, resistance training and overall extra weight is taking its toll on them. The pain is not severe, but I know its there. I don't get it when I use both legs, but then I don't get to isolate each leg. I don't have any discomfort while I run or use the elliptical.
Solution:
I think I'll just reduce the weight for a little while and build up the endurance in the knees then go from there.
