Progress:
Today started out really well. I made it to the gym 10 minutes before it opened so i could get my workout in before work today. I started off with a warm up on the elliptical and then went a running.
A Magic Moment has occurred today that I must share. I beat my personal best in the 1.5 mile run, and I did not realize it until I did some digging into past posts but I am the lowest that I have been since 2007. This is a special day in my Transformation journey.
I can look forward to every weigh in from now on to be a record breaker. One success builds on the other and now I've got a tower of success pushing me towards my goal. It truly is exciting!!!!

WOW good for you Steve! Beating a personal best, is the best...sets you in an awesome headspace and refuels you, eh. Way to go!
