It has been a tough couple of weeks getting back in to the swing of working again. It has been a year and a half of being a stay at home dad. I now have to plan my days the night before and pack enough for the day. I am so used to just going to the fridge at the allotted time and making what I planed. Not anymore... I kind of feel lost. I just spent the last week in an OJT (on the job training) status. I shadowed a person, so I could get a feel for the position. It was a very busy week, especially today. Today was I do it all and trainer shadows me day. It was a very hectic day, and my schedule did not allow me to go to the gym today. Gym opened at 7am and I had to be to work for 8am. It closed shortly after I got home. Sucks!!!!
I have been trying to do my best with water intake and eating the best that I could. It has not gone as well as anticipated. I did lose all the pounds that I gained while away at training for those two weeks. I even lost an additional two pounds. I don't know how, but I'll take it.
I rotate to my home store tomorrow, and I have been told that it is one of the busiest stores in the region. GREAT!!!! Just GREAT!!! Looks like I'll be having a lot of Meal Replacement Shakes for lunch during work. Maybe that will do me some good. I need to step up my cardio this next week.
- I want to raise my calories burned to between 500 and 1000 a day.
- I should be able to pull that off all this week.
- I'll do some split sessions on my days off.
- I know that it is going to be tougher to lose the body fat now.
- I need to pay more attention to my total calories I take in.

This what you call a little curveball, you need to stay positive and adapt, stay back on your right side, wait for it, and hit the sit out of it...
