This is exercise #1 of 18 in the book Transformation by Bill Phillips. The exercise is to take before pictures of yourself and surround it with words and phrases that come to mind when you see it. Then the 2nd part of the assignment is to have a blank page and write all the things you envision upon your completion in 18 weeks. What you will See, Feel, and Act like. Being the creative person that I am, I did a video version of the assignment.

Well done, nice graphics. Its hard to take a look at yourself, focus on getting to where you want to be, not where you have been. Keep it up!
