Progress:

I still am dealing with the foot problem. That's why only 40 minutes this morning. I decided to not pop it. I was told with a little constant pressure it will change itself and go away. I thought about that for a minute. Hmmmmm...
If I apply constant pressure it will change? Wow that could apply to my whole Transformation journey. The blister started by doing something that was not good for the body. It grew bigger. If I want change it, just apply a consistent constant pressure on it an it will fix itself. This is the same with my body. In a way I have learned something from this little problem.
Well I am almost through another week of my journey. This time is flying by. I hope I don't go into a holding pattern this week. It's only week 3 of 13 but everyone likes to see progress. Friday will speak for me.

I love that. A little constant pressure and it will change. That's what I'm doing with MY body and MY workouts too. Consistency IS the key. It's interesting...a lot of people want to see the fix, now, like I said with the blister...and it definitley applies to weight loss. But losing fast and furious isn't healthy. It's the gradual changes, the daily effort, the daily changes that add up to lasting ones.
Awesome post!
