My first day on the new job and I lost the paperwork telling me when the start time was for class. I think it’s 9:00 but it will be just me luck it’s 8:00. I have to prepare for the worst-case scenario 8:00am. I woke up at 4:30 for my workout. I got in 40 minutes on the elliptical. A took a quick shower and then off to the free full breakfast. I was good and got a veggie omelet ½ serving of potato’s and sliced peaches and 4oz FF yogurt.
I was thinking about when I first heard that the meals were going to be paid for. I thought great figures I decide to eat right when all that food is available. I thought about that for a little while, and I still have a ways to go with my lifestyle change towards food. I have not destroyed myself or my plan because of it though. I got off of work and went to dinner. I changed and went to the gym to do some weights tonight. It’s time for an upper body workout. I got a good session in, and it took about 45 minutes. I grabbed a shower and a protein shake and went to bed. It was a great first day!!!
