Today was a great day. I fell asleep last night at 9:30pm. I did not get up in time for my planed morning workout. I did not worry though, I made it up tonight. I had the BEST workout to date so far. I started with 20 minutes of cardio on the elliptical. Then I moved to my upper body workout. Then I followed it up with 40 more minutes on, YEP you guessed it, the elliptical machine. This was a beast of a workout, but did I feel good after it was done. Well as you saw with the last post, I am down 6.5 pounds this week. It is really nice that the hard work and sacrificing has paid off. I have been busting my keister this week. I have done no less than 40 minutes of cardio per day for the last seven days. I have followed my nutrition plan the best that I could.
Starting weight: 260
Ending weight: 253.5
+/- : - 6.5
I am not going to take my measurements until next week.
Things that I did well this week
Made it to the gym everyday- Completed minimum cardio session
- Lost 6.5 pounds
Things I can do better next week
- Stop looking at the scale everyday
- Do at least (2) 10 minute sessions with the Stair master 7000
- Fill a gallon bottle of water per day to keep track of consumption
- Track food intake better
- Finish my 2 week meal plan, so there is no guessing
- Start strength training routine
Universal Law of Reciprocation
