Progress:
I had a tough time getting to sleep last night. I finally fell asleep at 1:45am. My son, who had leaked his pants at 2:30, woke me up. My alarm went off at 4:30 for the gym, which I surprisingly got right up and went to the gym. I had no time to BS, I had to fit in a strength routine and a cardio routine. I made it to the gym by 4:50am and began the workout. I completed 40 minutes of cardio @ lvl #14 and the last 20 minutes @ lvl 7. I feel really good with the tracking of the nutrition. I need to get in at least 5 meals, 6 would be better. I will do better tomorrow.
