Well the weekly update is a little late. The measurements are not, just the posting of them.
Weight: 253
I will stop at that because everything else remained the same. I guess the water weight thing I talked about really happened. I will admit that I was not overly obsessed with the nutrition as last week. I looked at it and thought I was getting a little out of control. I need to eat a little more and stick to my calorie requirements or things are going to go wrong early.
We are now half way through week #3. I do not plan on any great forward strides, but something small at least. I think that I have the cardio down. I need to incorporate the strength training into it. I am still having problems with my shoulder (rotator cuff area). I am able to do push ups, but I really feel it when I throw a baseball. I have tried to stretch and do long toss, but I still feel the soreness. I am hoping that the shoulder exercises will strengthen up the area. I will update later.
