I was watching the biggest loser the other night. Yes, I watch the biggest loser. I saw the portion where the one team went a shadow boxed with "Sugar" Ray Leonard. It was a short time that he spoke, but I really liked his motivational P.O.W.E.R.
Those of you who did not see it, P.O.W.E.R. stands for:
Prepare
Overcome
Win
Every
Round
I liked that for some reason. I think it is true in everything you do. If you prepare yourself to the best of your ability through knowlege, physical and mental conditioning, and have a clear plan and a set of goals to achieve that plan.
Then you have to be prepared for adversity. Mr. Murphy always shows up and screws things up, thats his law! You have to be sound enough in your preparation, and have a strong support system to be able to overcome the adversity infront of you and continue on to your goal.
The last thing is a combination. Figure that a combination from a boxer.....LOL If you have the mindset that you need to win every round this will guarentee you the victory that you are looking for. It does you no good to kick it up a notch in the last round to try a win. If you do this from the very first round you gain momentum and become unstopable. If you win every round it is an easy decision who the victor should be at the end of the contest. There will be no doubt in the judges minds.
I find it strange that I took more away from a 5 minute segment than the whole two hour show. Thats 115 minutes that I won't ever get back. LOL
Well that is my Nugget of Wisdom for this day, I hope it helps. I wish everyone a great day and a glorious transformation.
Steve
