This blog is going to chronicle my daily experiences throughout my quest to break the 200 lb mark. I have attached a link to my diet log located in the side bar. Check it out, you can see what I eat everyday throughout my journey. I will be starting the P90X exercise and diet classic program. The diet is a three phase plan. The first month is reduced carbs for fat loss, the next is increased carbs for energy, and the last phase is the endurance maximizer.
My main reason for doing this is to make it fun and something enjoyable to do. I also needed some accountability. In the past, the longest streak of consecutive days of a diet and exercise plan was 19 days. It is real easy to stray from a diet and exercise plan if no one knows you are doing it. I look forward to your comments and hope that my experience will inspire someone else to start their own transformation. I have included a video of my measurements and a beginning photo, because everyone has to start somewhere. I will be doing a weekly video update on how I feel, what has worked and what has not. I will also include current measurements and current photo to be compared with this beginning photo. I think it will be pretty interesting.
