You know I can deal with any workout muscle soreness, but when a kidney stone attack comes on. That is enough to put you down. I have had the unlucky fortune of having two in the past three years. Well guess what the rolling stones are back. I don't think I will have to go to the hospital this time though. I had some meds at home and started drinking a bunch of water to try to flush it out. I think it is working.
The past times that I went to the ER they have told me that both of my kidneys have more in there, and that I needed to change up my diet and get away from the soda and other crap liquids that I put in my body. I need to drink more plain water to keep the kidneys flushed. Of course, I like other people say....Oh, It can't happen to me again, then a third time. Well this is just the kick start that I needed to change up the diet and the fluid that I take in. I don't want to go through this again. This attack seems to be mild, so I caught a break.
