Progress:

Today was a good day. I got up with relatively no problem this morning. It was very cold on the way to the gym. I was upset this morning that my MP3 player crapped out on me ans I did not have my music to do my cardio to. I got through it, but I missed that player today. I broke out a back up and loaded it up for tomorrow. I did a really good strength training workout today. I tried to concentrate on the body parts I was working. I started my ab workout today. I am going to incorporate Ab Ripper X from the P90X workouts. I was not able to complete all the reps in all the exercises, but it leaves me something to strive for. Tony Horton makes it seem so easy, only 11 exercises 25 reps per exercise. Easy my butt!!!! Abs are sore and I'm sure they will be more tomorrow.
I did pretty well with the diet today. Portions remained smaller and the meals more frequent. I got in a good amount of water also. I had the day off so it was easier to manage water. I am looking forward to the start of the Transformation.com 2010 Challenge on January 4th. This is the continuing motivation I need to get to the next level of my transformation.
