This was one of my cardio sessions like I was doing back in October. I feel really good after all of that running. I was able to run the entire first 10 minutes on the treadmill. I was really excited to see the progression. I was not as lucky on the second one. I was running out of gas. I usually don't eat before my morning cardio sessions, so I think that my body could not keep up with the 900 calories that I was burning. I was really happy with it overall though.
I am happy to say that I put my new MP3 player to good use. Ahhh I need my music to get me through those empty stomach workouts. I am going to do an end of year recap tomorrow, so we can see how far I have come this year.
