Stupid things that upset me at the gym!


Things I noticed at the gym that bothered me. They are nothing I can fix but I can complain about them anyway.


1. My gym Planet Fitness on the first Monday of each month has pizza night. Yes, that's right PIZZA NITE. I don't normally workout at night, but when I got there there was a table with four party size pizzas on it. Now I'm no genius but is a pizza the worst for you and your workout? This is just as bad as adding 3 pounds in the scale the ladies locker room. LOL.


2. People who take cell phone calls while on the cardio equipment. It would not be so bad if they did not talk so loud that I could hear them over my headphones three machines away. Cardio machines are not a time to have a fight with your boyfriend. Service me right for going well, the high school people are there.


3. People who set the treadmill to a medium incline, to a high incline or an insane incline. They then use their hands to hold onto the machine for dear life so they can stand straight up. Doesn't this defeat the purpose? It does to me. Just put it flat and don't hang on. That's better for you. If you're going to use the incline get your hands off the machine and run uphill.


That's all for now but I'm sure they'll be more.

Pizza nite for real? Man thats wrong, just wrong. I could understand if it was some kinda low fat, wheat crust, veggie pizza but I'm thinking it probably ain't...dang I sure could go for some pizza.

Or the people that just kinda hang around and dont actually work out...i mean, they make it more of a social event than anything else...ughh.
